This is a great site for demonstrating body weight exercises. Each week I will give you new ideas to do for the week at home until you return in May.
1. Pick 10 exercises that you are comfortable perform , you know the ones we do here that are safe for you.
2. Do three sets of fifteen repetitions with 20 seconds rest in between each set/ three times a week.
3. If anyone has weights or machines at home , contact me directly and I will design a program for what you have.
